You can’t change behaviour without changing emotions. 

You need to spot the pattern, calm the nervous system, and recalibrate to achieve lasting results.

Your emotions and behaviours are interconnected and inseparable. Using the SMB Method, you will be able to centre, restore calm, and process emotions so you can open up space for lightness, peace and joyfulness.

The method is based on our nervous system’s automatic soothing system (ventral vagus) and how our body and mind are designed to restore safety and playfulness using comforting touch, movement & breath.

Meet Thomas Westenholz

I am an author, coach and facilitator.

I am trained as Somatic relational coach and certified in integrative somatic trauma therapy, and an ecstatic dance facilitator and DJ. 

I am also training as a psychedelic facilitator, breathwork facilitator, counsellor and somatic experiencing therapist.

Helping individuals live their best life is my absolute passion and life’s work.

My mission is to provide you with practical, easy-to-follow tools and solutions to make your life simpler, more rewarding, and more joyful.

Meet Elif Clarke

Elif is a certified Transformational Breath® facilitator, recently appointed as a Senior Trainer by leading breathwork authority Dr Judith Kravitz. 

She is a member of the Health & Care Professions Council and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies and has 20-plus years of experience as a therapist.

Elif used breathwork to recover from a car accident she had a few years ago.

She is passionate about delivering easy and practical tools that transform your mental health and well-being.

This is a practical workshop to give you easy and effective tools you can use in your everyday life to transform your life into more lightness, ease and joy. 

We will take you on a journey through the three pathways to a calm nervous system demonstrated by Stephen Porges and his Polyvagal theory.

It’s your body’s biological hardwired path to joy and ease. 

We will start with guided breathwork, assisted by music and spoken words. 

As your body ease into relaxation, we will transition into the movement to express emotions and stress release, a practise that goes by many names such as 5th rhythms, ecstatic dance or movement medicine. 

In the end, we will introduce how to use comforting touch to centre and ground and feel a deep sense of relaxation. 

You can see prices below. We have a payment plan for those that prefer that and there is a discount if you book early.

You do not have to participate in anything you feel uncomfortable with, and we even encourage you to sit out anything that does not feel right for you. 

We also offer an alternative version of the exercises that might suit you better, such as self-touch if you do not want to work with someone else. 

Everything in the workshop will be adapted to your comfort level.
